Send us a request now — it's free, with no payment or deposit. In July 2027 we'll reach out to confirm your booking and collect payment. Requests are confirmed first-come, first-served, so earlier is better.

A temporary security authorization of $500 is placed on your card at pickup. It is not a completed charge unless amounts are retained for damage, loss, late return, or other charges permitted by the rental agreement.

All pickups and drop-offs happen at our Reno, NV location. Grab your bike a couple days before Gate opens on your way out, and drop it back with us in Reno on your way home.

Just the essentials: the bike, a fully charged battery, and a matching charger. The one thing to bring yourself is a helmet.

Figure 30+ miles per charge on the Surfline, depending on rider weight, assist level, and how deep you're going — lighter riders often see more. The MOD Easy 3 runs similar territory, and hits 60+ miles with the optional dual battery.

Yes — every REVV is capped at 750W and 20 MPH, in line with legal e-bike limits. Paired with our LED kit, they meet all BLM and Burning Man Org requirements. We handle the compliance so you can focus on the fun.

Our team will be out there for any of your biking needs. On the off chance you get a flat tire, or a tipsy night ride leaves a mark, we'll be there to help fix your ride.

Yes. 4+ bikes gets you 10% off, 8+ gets 15%. Ask us for a quote.

Requests cost nothing until we confirm your booking in July 2027 — if plans change before then, just let us know. Once you've paid: full refund up to 30 days before Gate opens, 50% up to 14 days out, and non-refundable after that — but we'll happily transfer your booking to another burner.
